A Look at Client Lifecycle Management

Kate Chatzopoulos, Head of Operations Workflows

At Innovate 2020, our clients reflected on their learnings and focus areas during the pandemic. The similarity between messaging and priorities stood out, with three themes emerging: (1) more connected workflows and analytics for straight-through-processing; (2) real-time connectivity to contacts and networks for answers and information; (3) increased collaboration and transparency across teams.

Working across a number of providers, many firms are on a furious digital transformation path for post-trade and client lifecycle management. Some have made incredible progress; others are racing to catch up.

For client lifecycle management, progress is mixed; spreadsheets are still widely used to manage data, email is the primary method for communication and teams struggle to identify the right contact for know-your-client (KYC) information, internally and externally.

At Symphony, we believe there’s a better way. We can help you streamline communication across your workflows by connecting teams in real time and enabling directory identification to quickly source correct contacts. We are passionate about partnering with you on your client lifecycle management journey and are committed to helping you achieve your goals. This is why I joined Symphony.

Let’s go at this together!
