The integration enables video meeting initiation for both internal and external contacts. External attendees can join meetings from their browser, or their mobile device. Calls initiated from a Symphony room include everyone in the room, eliminating the need to send individual invitations.

One-click initiates or joins Teams Video meetings directly from a Symphony room or chat, and incoming video calls trigger notifications to every participant – eliminating platform switching between Symphony and Teams.
