Symphony introduced a mobile version of the trader voice platform, Cloud9, enabling users to stay connected from any location, while maintaining enterprise-grade compliance, security, and encryption. Voice Analytics featured AI powered Transcription and Deal Tagging in Mobile, while Cloud9 Directory provided a peer-to-peer network with quick search of individuals, groups, and firms for efficient profile management.

The introduction of Trending Topics, surfaces trending customer topics to improve client insights. With embedded TradingView, advanced charting intelligence for in-depth market analysis is made possible within a unified platform experience. Agentic AI & Teams Interoperability: Bringing AI to Client Connectivity Symphony and Microsoft Teams chat interoperability was featured, supporting regulated users in their preferred application while driving efficiency, security and compliance.
