Yes, Cloud9 offers voice recording and capture. Cloud9 also has an open API which can be written to allow us to send voice recordings to an already on premise voice recorder a customer may have.

Yes, optional hardware is available such as the Cloudhub, which has multiple speakers, Gooseneck microphones, ButtonBoards, and CloudSets with noise canceling functionality.

Cloud9 can be deployed instantly. We offer a white glove service to set up each interface so when the software hits the desk it is pre-populated with each user’s contacts and immediately ready to use.

 

No, there is no need for setting up private wires with Cloud9.
