Community Innovations: Symphony Messaging Embedded in NatWest Markets' Agile Markets Platform
NatWest Markets’ UK Corporate Currencies Sales, Duncan Maccabe, and Product Manager of Cross Product Sales, Theodore Sirota, demoed their implementation of Symphony Messaging inside NatWest Markets’ Agile Markets Platform, using Embedded Mode.
Theodore Sirota returned to the Innovate stage in May 2025 to present key results of Symphony Messaging‘s integration with NatWest Markets’ Agile Markets Connect. These include a 25% reduction in email and telephone traffic, and 30% of conversations over NatWest Agile Markets Connect, which they believe would not have otherwise taken place.
