The BDK Extension Service offers a simple and modular plugin mechanism for the BDK Core. This opens the door for third-party modules to extend BDK’s capabilities while improving memory consumption.
Symphony Groups allow firms to define customizable groups in the directory using keywords so Symphony users can easily find and interact with the Group, whilst having the ability to respond anonymously on behalf of the Group.

The Symphony Embedded Collaboration Platform provides developers with an ECP SDK to create chat experiences within their own applications and provide real-time notifications to conversations.
By using Spring Bot’s abstractions, you can build bots that will work concurrently on different chat platforms. Using annotations you can build multi-platform chatbots, binding messages to methods in a similar way to Spring Web MVC.
