Communication Bridge and Escalation demos: Symphony’s Communication Bridge lets you automatically stream counterparty queries into a task management tool and resolve them, all within the same interface. And the Escalation bot showed how to quickly trigger escalations to the proper contact, taking into account length of time, appropriate directory contact, time of day and geographies.
