Full Session: Embedded Federation and Voice-Enabled Workflows
Symphony’s Mario Orphanou, Senior Director Product Management and Corry Starr, Markets Voice Commercial Lead and Strategic Account Manager, demonstrated an omnichannel workflow powered by Symphony without ever using the desktop application. This demo showcased Symphony’s Embedded Collaboration Platform (ECP), new templates for WhatsApp and Text, the new Symphony-Umony integration, and key Cloud9 capabilities.
They were then joined by Dean Elwood, CEO and Founder of Umony, and Alex Francisci, Head of Product for Markets Voice and Video at Symphony, as they discussed the new integration. Finally, Paul Kelly, Senior Managing Director and COO at Blackstone Credit joined Symphony on stage to discuss how they use Cloud9 throughout their day-to-day.
