The Most Respected Brand in Journalism Joins Symphony
Peggy Noonan. Lawrence Strauss. Gerard Baker. These are the names that join me for my morning coffee, are the talk of my favorite radio hosts and find their way into my dinner conversation. Journalists like these lead our society’s discourse - and often, help me form my own thinking. And I bet I’m not alone. What do they have in common? They write for Dow Jones.
Dow Jones is the publisher of the Wall Street Journal, Barron’s and MarketWatch - I probably don’t need to tell you that they are some of the most respected brands in journalism. But you may not know that its 2,000 reporters put out 19,000 news items a day. That’s a lot to keep up with!
To help you stay up-to-date with it all, Dow Jones has joined the Symphony platform as a key content partner. This means Symphony users will have access to Dow Jones’ entire global reporting network - in real-time - within Symphony. We’re excited to show you their full-in Symphony experience, which will allow you to access content through the Dow Jones app or your chat functionality. From there, you can share and consume news directly within Symphony.
On December 10, I will be joined by David Savage, Dow Jones’ Director of Partners & Alliances and we’ll chat about Dow Jones’ integration with Symphony during our webcast. I will also give a detailed overview of how Symphony’s security works - including our key infrastructure, compliance features and cross-company collaboration.
